Edinburgh Weekend Breaks

As Scotland's Capital City, travel and getting to Edinburgh is extremely easy as it is well served by an excellent network of air, road, rail and sea links. Edinburgh International Airport is just 7 miles to the heart of Edinburgh and is served by many of the new low cost carriers as well as many of the major international carriers. Outside of London, Edinburgh is the most popular flight destination in the UK and there are around 40 flights daily to London. The Rail network connects the two cities in just over 4 hours. The mainland of Europe is now also linked directly to Rosyth (just 11 miles from city centre) by Sea from Zeebrugge.

And - our car hire partners can arrange car hire for you – everything from compact saloons to 4 x 4 and  luxury vehicles, at highly competitive rates, brokered personally for you. Available from all the major Scottish cities and airports. The nearest branch to the hotel for pick up and drop off would be at Inverness although for a small extra charge we can arrange a ‘meet and greet’ service.

Firstly go on to www.scotland-carhire.co.uk  and fill in the online enquiry form there.

Or why not hire a classic car for the touring holiday of your dreams. Imagine ‘cruising’ Loch Ness in a Mini Cooper, taking in the Royal Deeside countryside in a MGB Roadster -  or nipping over to Laggan and Monarch Country - and on to Ben Nevis and Fort William in a 1966 Jaguar S Type. We can help arrange the tour of your choice in the car of your dreams. Self drive tours whether in a classic car, luxury vehicle or 4x4.
